Warranty (for watch items)
Your FULLGEAR watch is warranted against defect in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of this warranty, for a period of Two (2) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers the following components:
The watch movement, hands and dial, while this warranty DOES NOT COVER:
- Case, crystal, battery, strap or bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage caused by negligence

- During the warranty period, if you have any enquiry about the repair service. Also, please give us the login e-mail or the order number of item.
- If the item you received is incorrect or with any manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days from the date you received the item and give us the order number, photographs of original package and item.
- No charge if the order cancellation is made within 24 hours after placing the order.
- As each of the watch are custom made to each client, 20% of item amount will be deducted if the cancellation is made over 24 hours but less than 72hours.
- We do not accept the order cancellation over 72 hour after placing the order.
All FullGear Watches are tailormade for each client based on their selection in customizer. It is difficult for us to re-use the parts for another order. In case you do not like the combination after you received the watch, we accept returns of the watch with a percentage of service charge as below:
Within 7 days upon receipt of the watch
- 20% of amount will be deducted (for standard items)
- 50% of amount will be deducted (With customized marking on items, e.g. initial on dial, photo printing on case back…etc.)
All returned items must be in brand-new, unworn and resalable conditions, also with original packaging.
FULLGEAR will not provide return label. Any return shipping fees, Customs duties and packages are the responsibility of customer. We strongly recommended that all the returned items are well packed and sent back via the trustable and traceable services when returning.
